Hello and welcome to the website of Locoed, the Web Development Company consisting of one Canadian guy who out of nothing and with zero financial support built websites that became some of the biggest and most respected portals on the net.
My name is Mark. I’ve been involved with web development and internet promotion for many years. For the longest time I would not provide my services to anyone, but myself. Surely you’d understand – internet marketplace is huge, but also very competitive and while I know how to build empires out of nothing, why would I do it for somebody other than me? I know internet backwards, I know what works and what doesn’t and this ability helped me develop websites with $0 budget and make them as popular and successful as websites with six figures to get off the ground.
From the above you could conclude that there are two ways to achieve results on the internet – you either need lots and lots of money, or you need someone like me. The thing is, there is only one me and I only promote my own website. Well, not anymore. Last year I was approached by a friend of mine to help him build a website for his band. They are by no means a huge band, but they are a cool bunch of guys with great enthusiasm in what they do. So I helped them out and built them a complete website for free. Later on I spoke with a lady who’s in charge of a non for profit charitable organization that would love to have a website, but doesn’t have budget. I helped them out as well at no cost. It gave me great pleasure sharing my vast knowledge of web development and internet promotion.
For the sake of my own karma, I decided that I would make my skills available to the public. However as much as I would like to help everyone out for free, I’m not getting groceries for free, my servers are costing a lot given millions of unique visitors a month that my websites serve and I really have the thing for travelling which never seems to be cheap. My services are now available for hire and they are affordable. If you are a non for profit charity and you really don’t have extra money left for website development, i would like to encourage you to contact me – I’m sure we can work something out.
